The hotel covers the area of 1850 m2. In the hotel lobby guests can rest and relax after the difficulties of travel, savouring a cup of tea, coffee or a glass of wine. Elegant interior, leather sofas, nice atmosphere and helpful service make the lobby a perfect place either to rest or to work. The lobby is kept in the colouring of red wine and dark chocolate.
Both in the hotel and the restaurant there is the wireless Internet. Additionally, all the rooms are equipped with sockets to cable connection with the Internet.
Moreover, to make the guests feel comfortable, in the hotel there are two lifts, one of which is glassed-in. The interior decoration of the corridors is designed in style corresponding to the style of the building – stone and wood.

Also, there are sunbathing spaces in the area of the hotel, where the guests can relax on comfortable beach chairs placed on the wooden terraces. Both the patio and the terraces are made from larch wood.

3. Children in Stary Tartak Hotel

The hotel is very friendly towards children. Next to the building there is a modern playground. Guests with little children can have a safe extra bed put in their rooms. On the request of the guests we can provide heaters, bottle sterilizers and toys. The hotel has also special family rooms, which are joined together to ensure comfort for parents and safety for children.

4. Parking

Next to the hotel there is a monitored car park for 40 cars. Additionally, during the nights the car park is safeguarded by a professional security agency.

5. The architecture

The architecture of the building is similar to the style of Warmia and Mazury from the period from the 16th to the 19th century. This style was mainly used in urban and castle architecture. The post-bar system willingly used in that time was commonly called a half-timbered wall.
The hotel and the restaurant were built by stages. In 2006 the restaurant was built, and in 2008 a cornerstone for the building of the hotel was masoned.  The investors wanted to refer to the historical architecture of Iława. Thus, both buildings are stylized to an old architecture. The hotel-restaurant complex is made from a half-timbered wall. While creating both buildings, old carpenter’s techniques were used. All wooden elements were hand-made. The wood in the buildings was joined with a plug method and then linked together with wooden nails (dowels).
Above the entrance to the hotel, there is a beautifully made rainbow beam.  Below it, there is a terrace fixed on four pillars, which are also hand-made. A thorough workmanship and beautifully tooled wooden elements give the hotel its unique style.
The southern façade of the building is enriched with additional decorations of balconies and terraces. A jerkin head roof is a yet another decorative element of Stary Tartak hotel.
Spacious, modern, cozy and comfortably fitted rooms are a perfect place to rest.
